Inviting people to your organization
Sending an invitation
Open Team from the Organization section of the sidebar and press “Invite member”. The dialog asks for an email address, an “Organization role” and “Workspace access”; access defaults to “All workspaces” and can be narrowed to the ones the person actually needs.
Only owners and admins see the button, and it stays disabled until you have confirmed your own email address — the tooltip says so: “Confirm your own email address before inviting people.”
What the invitee sees
They receive an email inviting them to your organization, with an “Accept invitation” button. The page it opens says “You’re invited”, and joining is a single click.
If they have no Keepr account yet, accepting creates one and signs them in. If they already have one, they must be signed in with the exact address the invitation was sent to; a different address is refused with “Log in with the email address this invitation was sent to.”
Expiry, resending and revoking
An invitation is valid for 7 days. The Invitations tab on the Team page lists the outstanding ones with a countdown that turns amber in the last two days, and the row menu offers “Resend” and “Revoke”.
Resend issues a fresh link and restarts the 7 days. It also works on a lapsed or revoked invitation, so it doubles as “invite them again”. Revoke kills the link at once, with no confirmation prompt.
Seats and plan limits
A pending invitation consumes no seat. The seat count is checked again at the moment it is accepted, so an invitation sent while you had room can still be refused later with “You’ve reached your plan’s seat limit. Upgrade to add more members.”
Free includes one user, Team up to ten, Ultimate unlimited. The Team page shows how many seats are used and links to Billing; on a one-seat plan the Invite button explains that you need to upgrade first.
