How automatic renewal works
How it works
Keepr paid plans are billed monthly, in advance. On your first payment ЮKassa stores a token for your card, and at the end of each paid period the next month is charged automatically — you do not confirm each payment.
Keepr never sees or stores your card details: the payment form runs on ЮKassa. All we keep is the card brand, the last four digits and the expiry date, so you can recognise it.
How the amount is calculated
The amount is not fixed. It is your plan’s per-seat price multiplied by the number of active members in the organization on the renewal date. Invitations that have not been accepted yet consume no seat.
If you add a member mid-period, the difference for the remainder of the period is charged straight away and the full price applies from the next cycle. If the team shrinks, the reduction takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — a completed charge is not recalculated.
Where to see the date and amount
Plan & billing in your organization settings always shows the next charge date, its amount and the seat count it is based on. The Transactions tab there lists every payment and refund.
Three days before a renewal we email the amount and the charge date, and after every successful payment we email a confirmation. Both go to the organization owner and every billing admin.
That section is available to the organization owner and to billing admins.
How to stop charging
Remove the saved payment method under Plan & billing and automatic renewal stops immediately. The plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the organization returns to Free.
Nothing is deleted: entries, projects and reports stay where they are, readable and exportable.
