01What you are paying for

Keepr is a subscription service for time tracking. Plans, per-seat prices, and everything included in each plan are listed on the Pricing page before checkout; the exact amount is always shown on the payment step before you confirm.

Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly, in advance, in Russian roubles. Adding seats mid-period is charged pro rata for the remainder of the period; removing them takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

02Payment methods

We accept bank cards (Mir, Visa, Mastercard), SBP (the Faster Payments System), SberPay, and the YooMoney wallet.

Payments are processed by YooKassa on a secure payment form. Card details are entered on YooKassa's side and are never stored by Keepr — we keep only a token that lets us charge the renewal, plus the card brand, last four digits and expiry so you can recognise it. The connection is encrypted with TLS, and card processing is PCI DSS compliant.

03How access is delivered

Access to the paid plan is activated automatically right after a successful payment — there is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for: the plan's features unlock in your organization immediately, and a fiscal receipt (54-FZ) is emailed to your billing address by YooKassa.

04Automatic renewal and the saved card

By subscribing to a paid plan you authorise recurring charges: ЮKassa stores a token for your card and, at the end of each paid month, charges the next period without asking again. You give that authorisation once, at checkout, rather than per payment.

The amount is not fixed. It is the per-seat price multiplied by the number of active members in your organization on the renewal date. The current amount, the next charge date and the seat count are always shown under Plan & billing.

Three days before each charge we email the amount and the date — the amount depends on your seat count, so you always see it in advance. After every successful payment we email a confirmation.

When you save a card separately from paying for a plan, ЮKassa holds 1 ₽ and releases it as soon as the card is confirmed. That is a verification hold, not a charge for the service.

You can turn off automatic renewal at any time by removing the saved payment method under Plan & billing. Charging stops immediately and the plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

05If a payment fails

When a charge fails we retry it on days 1, 3, 5, 7, and we notify the organization owner and every billing admin of each failed attempt. The status of every attempt is also visible under Plan & billing.

The first 7 days after a failed charge are a grace period: the organization keeps working normally. If payment still does not go through, access is restricted and we email to say so — entries, reports and history stay readable and exportable, but creating a new workspace, project or export and inviting a member are disabled.

The restriction lifts as soon as a payment succeeds. Nothing is deleted at any point, neither during the grace period nor after restriction.

06Refunds & cancellation

You can cancel at any time under Plan & billing; the service stays available until the end of the period you have paid for, after which the organization returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted on cancellation.

If Keepr did not work out, you can request a refund of the unused period within 14 days of the charge — from Plan & billing, or by emailing billing@keepr.ru from your account address. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days depending on your bank, and YooKassa files the corresponding 54-FZ return receipt automatically.

A refund is a financial correction and does not by itself end your subscription: if access should stop, cancel the plan as well.
