Terms of Service

01The service

Keepr is a time-tracking service: timers, manual entries, projects, reports, and team management, offered as a hosted service and as an on-premises deployment. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page.

02Your account

You need accurate account information and a secure password. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organization owners control workspaces, membership, and roles within their organization, and each person can own at most one organization.

03Plans, trials & billing

Paid plans are billed per seat, in advance. A trial converts to the Free plan unless you subscribe — we never charge without an explicit subscription.

If you move to a plan your organization's data does not fit, the limits of the lower plan apply and you choose what to keep; the rest is archived rather than deleted, and can be restored on an upgrade.

04Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or probe other organizations’ data, no reselling without an agreement, no automated load beyond documented API limits.

05Your data

You own the content you put into Keepr. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service. We handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

06Availability & support

We work to keep the hosted service available and announce planned maintenance in advance. Support is reachable at support@keepr.ru.

07Termination

You can cancel at any time; the service remains available until the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. After deletion, data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

08Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we give at least 30 days’ notice by email and in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
