Building and exporting reports
Summary and Detailed
Reports sits under Analyze in the sidebar and has exactly two views, switched by the tabs at the top of the page. Summary totals the period and slices it by one dimension. Detailed lists the individual entries, grouped by day, with who tracked them, the clock times and the duration.
A report always covers one workspace, and that workspace travels in the link as a “workspace” query parameter rather than in the path. It defaults to the workspace you are currently in. If you want the at-a-glance view instead — headline figures, a project donut and live team activity with capacity bars — that is the Dashboard, one item up in the same section.
Date range and filters
The range picker offers Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, Past two weeks, This month, Last month, This year, Last year, or any custom range you drag on the calendar. Weeks start on Monday.
Below it are the filter pills: Team, Client, Project, Task, Tag and Status, where Status is billable or non-billable. Each is a searchable multi-select, and Client, Project and Task also offer “Without client”, “Without project” and “Without task”. Plain members do not get the Team pill — a report never contains data you could not already see.
The range and every filter live in the address bar, so a link reproduces exactly the view you were looking at.
Grouping a summary
Summary has a “Group by” control with four dimensions: Project, Client, Tag and Member. The table then shows one row per group with its entry count, duration and share of the total, under a totals band split into billable and non-billable, plus a donut for the breakdown and one for billability.
Detailed has no grouping — it is already at entry level, and it flags entries that overlap another one.
Exporting
“Export” offers “Export as CSV” and “Export as Excel”, and takes the current tab, range, filters and grouping with it. “Export as PDF (soon)” is greyed out and does nothing yet.
Exports need a paid plan: on Free the button is disabled with “Exports are available on the Team and Ultimate plans.” The Reports page itself works on every plan, Free included.
The file is built in the background. You get “Export queued — you’ll get a download link shortly.” and land on an export status page that keeps checking until the file is ready. The download link is signed and lasts an hour; if it goes stale, reopen that page for a fresh one.
Sharing what you found
There are no public report links and no share tokens. Copying the address out of your browser is the whole of sharing, and whoever you send it to still needs their own Keepr session with permission for that workspace — otherwise the link shows them nothing.
There are also no saved report views and no scheduled report delivery. If you want numbers arriving on a schedule rather than pulled by hand, use the email digests instead.
